Bay Area Panthers

Last season playing for the Vegas Knighthawkzs, Neal was one of two players to finish in the top seven in both rushing and passing.  Neal threw for just under 2,000 yards with 39 touchdowns and seven interceptions. 

With the Panthers, Neal is reunited with offensive coordinator Dixie Wooten, who coached Neal at Iowa and in Tucson.  In 2019 with the Barnstormers, Neal became the first rookie in IFL history win the league's MVP award, completing 71 percent of his passes for 2,642 yards and 59 touchdowns with only three interceptions.

Neal's exploits in the Indoor Football League have generated interest at the next level--getting a tryout with the Indianapolis Colts and a stint with the New Jersey Generals of the USFL. 

Prior to his time in the IFL, Neal played college football at Elizabeth City State University in North Carolina, where he accounted for 25 touchdowns, 3,218 yards passing and 684 yards rushing.
