The Panthers Dance team consists of an equal blend of veteran and rookie dancers—six returning and six first-time—from across the Bay Area and beyond. The 12-member squad brings a diverse mix of experience, fresh energy, and Bay Area flair to the Panthers' game day and live-event atmosphere.

Meet the Guest Choreographers

These pros shape the style, elevate the routines, and bring a wealth of dance experience to the Panthers stage.

Rachel Remboldt

Rachel is from Napa, CA and is currently based out of San Francisco. Rachel was a San Francisco 49ers Gold Rush cheerleader from 2021 to 2025, a member of Released Contemporary Dance Company at UC Davis, and won 6 NDA national titles in Pom with the Napa High School Spiritleaders. Choreography credits include the Napa High School Spiritleaders, Saint Mary’s Dance Team, and the Bay Area Panthers.

Ashley Amrull

Ashley began her dance career as a baby ballerina, spending years at a competitive dance school in the Bay Area. Alongside her dance sisters, she studied and created dance well into her teenage years. After which she made the leap to move to LA where, with the help of her agents, has been able to audition and book professional dance jobs working with names such as Justin Bieber, Beyoncé, and NERD. Ashley has always brought it back home to the Bay Area, where she has given back to her beloved SF community, teaching youth, adults, and anyone willing to learn, grow, and just feel the music.

Alli Fritz

Alli Fritz is one of the Bay Area's premier choreographers and instructors specializing in Jazz Funk, Pro Dance, and Performance. Her credits include choreography for the Golden State Warriors, San Francisco 49ers, and NFL Pro Bowl. Alli is a resident instructor at Full Out Studios in Oakland, the creator and director of the dance intensive program #ExtraAF, and current co-director of dance company INQ. Alli is extremely passionate about encouraging her students, and bringing out the inner super star in everyone!

Ileri Tunrarebi

Ileri Tunrarebi is a dynamic live event producer, talent manager, and host with a career blending public speaking, performance, and production. While earning a dual degree in Politics and Performing Arts at the University of San Francisco, Ileri joined the 49ers Gold Rush cheerleading team, earning Performer of the Year in 2012. She later transitioned into hosting, debuting as emcee for the Red Zone Rally and expanding her role with the NFL. Currently, she manages live event production and talent for the San Francisco 49ers and NFL tentpole events, with her choreography featured in major halftime shows. Recently, she hosted Chase’s Cashback Courts activation at NBA All-Star Weekend and became the face of Adobe’s Generative AI campaign.

Hannie Dong

Hannie Dong is a professional dancer, choreographer, and teacher based out of Los Angeles. She has served as Assistant Coach and Choreographer for the Las Vegas Raiderettes (NFL), as Coach and Choreographer for the Las Vegas Aces (WNBA), and as the Coach for the UC Berkeley Dance Team - leading dancers at the highest level of professional sports entertainment. A six-season veteran of the Golden State Warriors Dance Team, Hannie was a four-time captain, two-time NBA Champion, and recipient of the Most Valuable Dancer award. Her performance career includes dancing alongside artists like Montell Jordan, E-40, G-Eazy, P-Lo, Flo-Rida, Salt-N-Pepa, Mistah F.A.B., and Too Short.

As an Asian American artist, Hannie is deeply committed to expanding AAPI representation in dance. Having grown up without an Asian American role model in the industry, she’s passionate about becoming the representation she once needed—creating spaces where young artists feel seen, celebrated, and empowered.

Sophie Payne

Sophie Payne began her dancing journey at the age of four at The Next Step Dance Studio where she quickly entered the competition field at the age of five. Sophie has toured around the United States and Europe, where she has previously assisted dance conventions like LA Dance Magic and performed for a wide array of audiences. Sophie spent time signed to MSA Agency working and auditioning in LA, where she discovered her calling and passion to lie in teaching and choreographing. Sophie currently directs and choreographs for numerous competition teams. Approaching her tenth year teaching and guiding students all around the Bay Area, Sophie’s goal is not only to provide the best training for her students, but help people develop their artist voice and be proud of the artist they are created to be.
