Travis Duwyenie joins the Bay Area Panthers in 2025 as Head Athletic Trainer. A veteran of indoor football, Duwyenie comes to Bay Area with several years of Indoor Football League experience.
Duwyenie has previously worked with Panthers Head Coach Rob Keefe at the Northern Arizona Wranglers. With that, Keefe was more than happy to bring Duwyenie aboard in San Jose.
“We are pleased and fortunate to add the professional and skilled Travis Duwyenie as our Head Athletic Trainer. Not only is he proficient at his craft, but he genuinely cares about his athletes,” professed Keefe.
Along the way, Duwyenie also spent time as an assistant athletic trainer at Yavapai College. Prior to that, he was Head Athletic Trainer at Chino Valley High School for two years.
Duwyenie holds two degrees from Northern Arizona University—a BS in Fitness & Wellness (Biology minor) and a masters in Athletic Training.
When asked for his thoughts on joining the Panthers, Duwyenie explained, “I think Coach Keefe and I have a similar work ethic. We spent a lot of late evenings cleaning locker rooms together. I want to be with people who view their professions the same way.”
